B3 Capital was founded on a simple conviction: the most valuable companies of the next decade will be built on technology that is genuinely difficult to replicate. We look for founders with deep domain expertise who are turning proprietary research, novel architectures, or breakthrough science into products that reshape industries.
We invest at Seed, Series A, and Series B — entering early enough to matter and staying committed as companies scale. Our fund is deliberately concentrated: fewer investments, deeper partnerships, more time per founder.

Europe produces world-class research and technical talent. The United States offers the largest addressable markets and the most mature venture ecosystem. Most funds operate on one side of the Atlantic. B3 was built to operate on both.
We maintain deep networks across Silicon Valley, New York, London, and key European innovation hubs. For European founders, we provide a direct bridge to US enterprise customers, distribution partners, and follow-on investors. For US founders, we unlock access to European R&D talent, regulatory expertise, and expansion pathways into EU markets.
